In the first 90 days especially, agents who treat this as a side gig almost always fail out of the business. The agents who scale fastest in our system are the ones who follow the script and the daily method for 90 days before adapting. "Own way" rarely wins in the first 90 days because you haven't seen enough reps yet to know what works. You're welcome to continue, but coachability is one of the strongest predictors of who makes it past their first 6 months here.
